Much of this entry reads like some college kid's book report. And the kid gets an A for spotting the obvious. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 22:44, 25 February 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]

This article on Wikipedia is Horrible. It reads like a high school book report, and is way to long. Is it really necessary to list 31 characters and give a biography about them? I think not. I am going to research this book and come back in a few days and re do this whole thing.-- (talk) 01:56, 1 April 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Still "researching" after almost a decade, eh?

Classed as a Stub as there is little to this article yet. Have reclassed it of Mid priority having noticed the Booker prize. Could others add to this article particularly adding ==Literary significance & criticism== and other notability information. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:57, 29 September 2006 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Pickles leaking oil[edit]

I'm wondering why the paradise pickles would leak oil. I've never observed this in pickles but I assume it is possible. Would be interested in whether anyone has observed this and any ideas of why it might occur. (talk) 00:21, 29 November 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
